Capabilities
Five service lines drawn from ten registered NAICS codes. Each one describes the work, the typical scope, and where we fit on a contract.
Keeping a site running so the mission inside it can run.
We provide integrated support for federal buildings, annexes, clinics, training sites, and grounds. That covers routine custodial service, floor and restroom care, waste and recycling handling, supply restocking, and the reporting that goes with it.
On the exterior: mowing, edging, mulch and bed maintenance, seasonal plantings, leaf and snow response, irrigation checks, and tree and shrub care on a set schedule.
Where a contract calls for it, we take on the coordination layer as well: scheduling subcontractors, tracking service tickets, and giving the COR one report instead of five.
The work that makes an office function, handled by people who like doing it.
Office administration: reception and visitor processing, phone and inbox coverage, calendar and conference room management, travel and purchase request preparation, supply ordering, and property inventory support.
Document preparation and records: transcription, formatting, proofreading, data entry, scanning and digitization backlogs, file indexing, retention scheduling, and FOIA response support.
General support: mailroom operation, courier coordination, meeting minutes, help-desk intake, and the assorted tasks that fall under all other business support services because nobody has invented a tidier name for them.
Cleared, screened people in the seat when you need them there.
We supply temporary and contract personnel for administrative, clerical, data, and general support roles. Common categories include administrative assistant, data entry clerk, records technician, file clerk, receptionist, mailroom clerk, and program support assistant.
We handle recruiting, background screening, onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and payroll, and we stay the employer of record. Agencies get coverage during hiring freezes, extended leave, peak filing seasons, and program ramp-ups without adding to headcount.
Short-notice requests are normal for us. Tell us the labor category, the clearance level, and the start date.
For programs that grew faster than their processes did.
Administrative and general management consulting: workflow mapping, staffing model review, standard operating procedure development, records and compliance process design, and organizational assessments with recommendations you can actually implement.
Logistics and distribution consulting: supply chain and inventory analysis, warehouse and storage layout review, distribution network assessment, and transportation and delivery scheduling improvements.
Deliverables are written to be used, not filed. Every recommendation comes with what it costs, who has to do it, and how you will know it worked.
Non-clinical support for programs that serve people directly.
We provide program and administrative support to health and social service initiatives: intake and eligibility processing, appointment scheduling and reminder outreach, case follow-up and documentation, resource navigation, benefits application assistance, and community outreach and enrollment events.
Our leadership holds a doctorate in nursing and an active RN license, so this line is staffed and supervised by someone who understands the population, the privacy rules, and the difference between coordinating care and delivering it. We do the former.
Applicable to veteran support programs, public health outreach, family assistance offices, and community health initiatives.
Small business set-asides, simplified acquisitions, BPA calls, and micro-purchases within our registered codes.
We team with primes who need small business participation or added capacity in these service lines.
Open to teaming agreements and mentor-protege arrangements on pursuits where the fit is real.
